  • 1 red onion, quartered

  • 250g baby spinach leaves (I used silverbeet from our garden)
  • 1 handful of basil and parsley
  • 400g ricotta
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 60g Parmesan
  • 200g packet large pasta shells
  • My Pasta Sauce or a 400g bottle of pasta sauce
  • 100g tasty cheese
