Easy Gluten-Free Waffles
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose gluten-free flour
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum (unless your flour blend already has it)
  • 4 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoons salt
  • 1 ¾ cup milk
