  • 3 teaspoon chili powder spice blend
  • 3 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 4 ½ cup chopped fresh (or diced canned) tomatoes
  • 3 cup whole milk
  • 9 tablespoon plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • 12 cup cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
  • 12 pieces warmed naan or pita, for serving
