Ingredients
  • 1 T oil
  • ½ minced onion
  • ½ minced red pepper
  • 2 stalks celery, cut up small
  • 1 can broth (i used beef)
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes (with oregano and basil)
  • 5 small cut up carrots
  • 1 zucchini and 1 summer squash cut into chunks
  • 1 c, cabbage shredded
  • 1 c, broccoli cut up small
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 t, parsley
  • 1 t. basil
  • 1 t. salt
  • ¼ t. cayenne
  • ½ t. pepper
  • I used the IP to saute the onions, celery and red pepper for about 3 minutes. I added all the other ingredients and set the manual setting to 13 minutes. After it finished QR and enjoy!
