Honey Garlic Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp crushed chilli flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, minced (about 1 tbsp)
  • ¾ lb medium uncooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onion (optional garnish)
  • cooked brown rice (to serve)
  • broccoli or other veggies (to serve)
