  • 1 large head cauliflower (about 2.5 cups riced cauliflower, liquid squeezed)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
  • ⅓ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup almond flour (sunflower seed or pumpkin seed flour will work too)
  • 1.5 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp coriander (seed powder)
  • ½ tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)
