  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • ⅔ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup fat-free milk
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • Optional: Confectioners' sugar and warmed maple syrup
