  • 4 pounds chicken wings, cut at bone, wing tips discarded
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 ¾ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 quarts vegetable oil, to fry

  • 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Korean chili paste (gochujang)
  • 2 tablespoons Moore's Marinade Spicy Mustard Hot Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • small splash sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 ½ tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • ½ tablespoon sesame seeds
  • rice, to serve
