  • Peanut & Sesame Muah Chee which one you do you prefer?
  • Ingredients
  • 120grams glutinous rice flour
  • 180ml water
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil (My version I used organic coconut oil)
  • 150grams of peanut sugar mix powder or sesame sugar mix powder. (This can be purchase in Giant supermarket)
  • Methods:
  • 1. Mix the rice flour with the water and the oil together in a bowl.
  • 3. Placed the bowl of mixture in boiling water and steamed it for 7 to 10 minutes.  The outcome is a solid sticky paste.
  • 4.Cut the sticky paste into small cubes and coat them well with the peanut/sugar or the sesame powder
  • 5. Serve immediately

  • Pan-fry Method :
  • I poured the mixture onto the hot non-stick pan. The white paste formed after 10 seconds - again the outcome is a solid sticky white paste.
  • Microwave Method :
  • I mixed the glutinous rice flour, water and oil in a microwavable bowl and microwave for 3.5 minutes. The outcome is a sticky white paste.
