Buffalo Chicken Soup
Ingredients
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • ½ cup diced carrots
  • 3 Tbs butter
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 Tbs chicken flavored Better Than Bouillon
  • ¾ cup ditalini pasta (uncooked)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cut up
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • ⅛ cup buffalo sauce (more or less to taste)
Steps
  1. Sauté celery in butter for a few minutes.
  2. Add carrots, water, bouillon, and pasta.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes, QR.
  4. Add cream cheese, using a whisk to mix it in.
  5. Add chicken and buffalo sauce to taste.
Notes
  • The kids ate it without any sauce. Add less sauce and/or let people add their own sauce.
