Cheddar Gnocchi
Ingredients
  • 20 oz leftover "Aged Cheddar Mashed potatoes"
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • "Pesto Alfredo"
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Using teaspoon size scoop, transfer balls of potato to the boiling water. Cook 2 to 3 minutes,  removing each piece as it floats.  Serve with pesto alfredo.
