  • 1 medium yellow onion (diced)
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp salt (optional)
  • 1 ½ cups home-cooked black beans (or BPA-free 15-ounce canned black beans, drained)
  • ⅓ cup almond flour (or flax meal)
