  • 1 ¼ cup ( 155 g) all purpose flour
  • ⅓ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon active yeast
  • ½ cup ( 120 ml) warm water
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • subheading: For topping:
  • ¼ cup ( 60 g) pizza sauce or as needed
  • Freshly torn basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil to drizzle
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced
