Ingredients
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 3 to 4 cups vegetable oil, or amount needed for deep-frying
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk (or water)
  • 1 ½ cups  breadcrumbs
