Mayo - No Nuts Low Fat
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup Cannelli beans - soaked overnight
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ lemon peel strips
  • 2 to 3 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Salt (kayla namak)
  • ¼ cup sunflower or vegetable oil
Steps
  1. Blend soaked & drained beans with water
  2. Put mixture in cheesecloth squeeze out milk & rework mixture in ¼ cup water & resqueeze
  3. Put milk into pan & add lemon peel to mixture & stir over medium heat until thick & allow to cool & remove lemon peel
  4. Add lemon juice & stir
  5. Add salts & 2 tsp water & blend with Immersion Blender (add more lemon if like tangy) & refridgerate
