2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 medium onion , chopped

3 cloves garlic , minced

2 green onion , chopped

1 small Scotch Bonnet pepper , deseeded and chopped

2 sprigs thyme

2 tablespoons curry powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 ½ to 2 cups vegetable broth , or water

salt , to taste
