  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • ¾ cup chopped celery
  • 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (chopped into small pieces)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons potato starch
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 ¾ cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (cubed or shredded)
