Gaps Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
  • 2 peppers
  • 2 cups bone broth (optional for non-GAPS people)
  • 1 head cauliflower, riced (put through a food processor)
  • 250g green beans, chopped
  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2T ghee (or butter or coconut oil)
  • handful of cheddar cheese (if you're on full GAPS diet)
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1T rosemary
