Ingredients
  • 4 ounces shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Remove the mushroom stems and then chop all the pieces into small pieces.
  3. Transfer the mushroom pieces to the tray and toss them with salt and olive oil. Arrange them in a single layer with no overlapping pieces.
  4. Put the mushrooms in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip all the slices. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
