The Best Chicken Soup Ever (2 Serves)

I'm a home cook from South Australia, who enjoys experimenting with all sorts of recipes and cuisines. This community is awesome! :)

½ TBS Olive oil

2 Cloves of garlic, minced

½ brown Onion, diced

1 large Carrot, thinly sliced

1 Celery stalk, roughly chopped

¾ tsp minced Ginger (I used jar)

½ tsp ground Turmeric

3 cups Chicken stock (may wish to add another 2 cups at the end)

250g Chicken breast

½ tsp Fresh Rosemary, finely chopped

½ tsp fresh Thyme, stems removed & finely chopped

¼ teaspoon salt

Freshly ground Black pepper

½ cup Pearl Couscous

⅓ cup frozen Peas (optional, but recommended)
