Crispy Skin Barramundi and Vietnamese Slaw -15mins

  • 100g bean sprouts

  • 11⁄2 tbs rice wine vinegar
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbs peanut or sunflower oil
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
