- 3.5 cups vegetable broth
- 1.5 cups milk (I used 1%)
- ¾ cup light cream, like a half & half (I used 5%)
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 3.5 cups cheese tortelinni (picture below)
- 2 Tbsp finely grated parmesan cheese
