Easy Chocolate Lava Cakes (Tips, Tricks, Freezer Instructions)

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 whole eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
  • ⅓ cup flour + 1 tablespoon
