6 tablespoons butter, softened

3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

note: Use chocolate that has a cocoa content between 60% and 72% for best results.

1 cup heavy cream, cold

2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

1 teaspoon Instant ClearJel, optional

Pinch of table salt

Chocolate bar, for shaving; optional
