Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless chicken
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
Steps
  1. Place chicken into bottom of crockpot. Season with onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the top.
  3. Mix well soup, sour cream, water and remaining seasonings together. Spread over top of all.
  4. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high 4 to 6 hours.
