Gluten-Free Puffed Buckwheat Toasted Muesli
Ingredients
  • 2 cups puffed buckwheat
  • 1 cup buckwheat flakes
  • 1 ½ cups raw nuts and seeds, any combination
  • ¼ cup coconut oil, melted (60 to 70 mL)
  • ⅓ cup rice malt syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp fine salt
