Low Carb Cheesy Dough
Use as flat bread, pizza crust, bagels, pepperoni rolls
Ingredients
  • 2 cup mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 egg whites
  • ½ cup HWC
  • ½ cup oat fiber (I used THM)
  • 4 T Quest all purpose baking mix (whey protein isolate)
  • 1 tsp xanthum gum
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
Steps
  1. Process all ingredients in food processor until combined.
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate 5 minutes.
  4. Knead dough with hands.
  5. Pat out 4 large circles on lightly sprayed parchment. Bake at 350 until golden and puffy.
