Bierocks (German Stuffed Rolls)
Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef (85 to 90% lean)
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 3 c shredded cabbage (about ¼ of a medium head)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
