Ingredients
  • ¾ cup aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chickpeas)
  • 1 ½ tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp garbanzo bean flour (aka chickpea flour) double if making with gluten free flour
  • 1 cup white flour (or my gluten free flour mix if you need it to be gluten free)
  • 3 cups vegan whipped cream (for topping the cake)
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced for topping the cake
