  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp Mushroom Seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup vegan mayo (or neutral oil)
  • 1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
  • 1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Gravy Master or browning sauce
  • ½ tsp liquid smoke
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 30 grams all purpose flour (or GF flour)
  • 1 to 2 cups (70 to 140 grams) breadcrumbs (or oats)
