1 3-ounce box vanilla pudding (not sugar free!)

4 eggs

½ cup oil

1 cup milk

ounce can crushed pineapple undrained

1 cup sugar

subheading: FROSTING:

ounce package cream cheese room temp

½ cup butter room temp

3 cups confectioners’ sugar

½ cup chopped pecans optional

(you can also add a teaspoon of vanilla to frosting if you like)
