Lamb Stew (Irish) in a Slow Cooker Recipe [Video]

  • 2 lbs boneless leg of lamb or lamb shoulder (trimmed of excess fat and cut into 1 ½" pieces)

  • 2 cups beef broth (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1 ½ lbs red potatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 3 medium carrots (peeled and cut into ½" thick pieces)
  • 2 celery ribs (chopped)
  • 1 cup frozen sweet peas
