  • ½ tsp salt

  • 4 ripe plantains
  • ¼ cup frying oil
  • subheading: CHEESE SAUCE:
  • 1 and ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp white miso
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
