Corn Flakes Chicken
Chicken Tenders Coated in Corn Flakes

Ingredients
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400 deg F
  2. Line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper
  3. Add corn flakes, garlic powder, salt, and paprika to food processor.
  4. Pulse food processor to crush corn flakes and combine ingredients
  5. Put almond flour in a wide bowl
  6. Crack egg into another wide bowl and whisk egg
  7. Put crushed corn flake mixture into another wide bowl
  8. Rinse and pat dry chicken tenders
  9. Dip tenders into almond flour
  10. Dip tenders into egg
  11. Roll tenders in corn flake mixture
  12. Place tenders onto baking sheet
  13. Bake tenders for 10 minutes, flip tenders, then cook another 10 minutes - check with thermometer.
