Skinnymixer's Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
  • subheading: Buffalo wings:
  • 2 kg | 70.6 oz chicken wings, separated in to wings and drumettes
  • 2 Tbsp baking powder (NOT baking soda!)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • subheading: Hot sauce:
  • 150 g | 5.3 oz hot sauce (I recommend Franks original hot sauce from Coles or my Roasted Chilli Sauce)
  • 40 g | 1.4 oz butter or olive oil
  • 20 g | 0.7 oz honey (optional for low carb)
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 2 pinches of salt
