Turkey Breakfast Meal Prep
Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 2 large red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 to 2 cloves fresh minced garlic
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp fennel seed
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • subheading: To assemble your bowls:
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
  • ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • a small handful of fresh parsley or cilantro
