Lamb Offcuts
A very cheap way to serve up a delicious meal

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbs butter chopped
  • 200ml boiled water
  • 1 Tsp dried onion flakes
  • Approx 1kg lamb offcuts (bone in)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 Tsp dried herbs of choice
  • 2 Tsp crushed garlic
Steps
  1. Place butter, boiled water and onion flakes in bottom of medium sized slow cooker
  2. Add lamb pieces
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Sprinkle dried herbs and garlic on top of lamb
  5. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low 6 to 8 hours
Notes
  • As the lamb bones have been cut, the leftover juices make a great bone broth. Strain and use for a delicious lamb soup or similar
