  • Dry breading works best and is what use but really like just seasoning and cooking healthier for me
  • I use dry breading (breadcrumb mix) and do egg wash first..then let sit for a few minutes before putting in air fryer so it gets a chance to adhere to the chicken
  • Dry does work better. When dipping in milk/egg batter. Then flour, I use ground flax seed, I let it rest/dry a bit before placing in fryer
  • Make sure you preheat too.
  • I use Kentucky Kernel seasoned flour after I spread the chicken first with melted butter.
  • Bread, no flour, progresso bread crumbs let rest30 min in fridge so coating will stick to the chicken,spritz with oil cook 10 min flip 10 min more little more if needed,You then can ck with a termomiter see how brown it is.Then ck with a thermonitor
  • 380 for 20 minutes. Very good, I usually don't like legs but very good.  All I did was dip in egg and breaded with the seasoned flour. I let it sit for about 10 minutes I didn't spray with oil. Turned out really good.  I let it sit for awhile and the egg absorbed the flour
