Pressure Cooker Blue Cheese Cheesecake and Strawberry Spinach Salad
Ingredients

  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon of fresh rosemary
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  • Spinach
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Pecans
  • subheading: For the Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette:
  • 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons honey
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
