⅔ cup lemon juice

Zest of 2 large lemons

2 cups all-purpose flour

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp amaro del capo

1 tsp orange zest

1 tsp kosher salt

¼ cup Sugar in the Raw (for topping)

Powdered sugar for dusting
