Aip Paleo Spinach Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 pkg frozen or 1  can artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)
  • 1 pkg frozen organic spinach (thawed, squeezed & chopped)
  • 2 Tbs. EVOO, avocado oil or fat of choice
  • 3 to 4 cloves of garlic minced
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ½ can full-fat coconut milk
  • ¼  c. nutritional yeast
  • sea salt to taste
  • 2 to 3 Tbs. bone broth (optional) (leave out for vegan or sub vegetable broth)
  • plantain chips, cucumber slices, carrot or celery sticks for dipping
