  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoons and ½ teaspoon dry-roasted, unsalted peanuts
  • ¾ teaspoon dried ground Asian radish
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder, or more to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons fresh bean sprouts
  • ½ lime, cut into wedges
