  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)
