  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sage
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 large honey crisp apple diced
  • 3 cups kale chopped 1 to 2 Tbsp water or broth
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp ghee or coconut oil, for cooking
