Chocolate Chip Cookie Baked Oatmeal ( Protein)
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Mashed Banana (about 2 ripe bananas) (See Note 4 for substitutions)
  • 2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (See Note 2)
  • ⅓ Cup Unflavored Plant-Based Protein Powder ( my favorite brand!!!) (See Note 3)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 Tbs Honey (or maple syrup)
  • 2 Cups Plant-Based Milk ¼ Cup Water (See Note 1)
  • ¼ Cup 1 Tbs Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
