Chocolate Bread
Ingredients
  • 250 g bakers flour
  • 250 g wholemeal flour
  • (if you would prefer, you could obviously use 500 g of bakers flour only rather than my version)
  • 1 heaped tablespoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150 g raw sugar
  • 500 ml Mik
  • 70 g cocoa powder
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Steps
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees
  2. Put all ingredients into TM bowl and mix for 6 to 10 sec on speed 6 (this is a very dense dough so you might need a little extra help from your spatula during this process)
  3. Knead the dough for 2 mins (again, you might need to use your spatula through the hole of your lid to facilitate this process)
  4. Put the dough into a bread tin and bake for 1 hour 15 mins to 1hr 30 mins ('test' the bread by inserting a cake skewer or knife which should come out dry)
