Wild Mushroom Ragout over Spaghetti Squash

  • 2 pounds wild mushrooms, or cultivated mushrooms
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 ounce dried porcini mushrooms
  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1 ½ large onions
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ¼ bunch fresh parsley
