Potato Salad

Ingredients
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons celery salt
  • ½ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
Steps
  1. Peel, dice and boil potatoes. Drain water from potatoes and add salt, celery salt, white pepper, and black pepper.
  2. Cool, then add celery, onion, mustard, eggs, and mayonnaise. Mix, taste and add more seasoning, if needed.
