Homemade Beef/pork garlic and Rosemary sausages

Ingredients
- Pork (900g)
- Beef (1.4 kg)
- 2tbls of Rosemary powder (ground in machine)
- 1 cup of fresh parsley chopped in machine
- 3 tbls of fresh minced garlic
- Pepper
- 1.2% of salt based on weight of meat
- 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
Steps
- Put into large glass bowl, minced meat in batches and the when everything was in glass bowl I Kneeded for about 5 minutes.
- Immediately put through sausage filler machine.
- If you don't have machine you can use piping bag and pipe lengths of naked sausage.
- Roll naked sausage in flour or flour and breadcrumb mix to help keep moisture in when cooking:-)
