  • 60g butter
  • 1 egg
  • subheading: FLOUR PASTE FOR CROSSES:
  • ½ cup plain flour
  • 2 teaspoon caster sugar
  • ⅓ cup water
  • subheading: GLAZE:
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon gelatine
  • 1 tablespoon water
